A.2Website Terms & Conditions

Website Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 16, 2026

Effective date: September 16, 2026

These terms govern your use of linecrestdigital.com (the “website”), operated by Linecrest Digital, LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“Linecrest Digital”, “we”, “us”).

See also our Privacy Policy, which explains what happens to information when you visit this website or book a call.

1. These are website terms, not a client agreement

These Terms govern use of this website only. Any paid services provided by Linecrest Digital are governed by the applicable written service agreement.

Nothing on this website — including any description of our services, process or past work — is itself that agreement or creates a contract for services. If anything on this website conflicts with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls.

2. Accepting these terms

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3. Permitted use

You may read, browse, print and share this website for your own information or to evaluate whether to work with us.

Search engines and other services may crawl and index this website in the ordinary way.

4. Things you must not do

You may not:

  • copy, republish, resell or redistribute this website’s content as your own;
  • use our own written copy or visual design to build or market a competing service;
  • extract content in bulk in a way that places an unreasonable load on the website;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its hosting or any connected system;
  • interfere with the website’s operation or security; or
  • use the website for anything unlawful.

We may block, rate-limit or refuse access to anyone who breaches this section, by whatever technical means are available to us, without notice and without affecting any other remedy.

5. Intellectual property

The written copy, visual design, layout and arrangement of this website belong to Linecrest Digital, except for the material identified below. Beyond the ordinary uses permitted in §3, and beyond quotation, commentary, criticism and reporting, please ask us before reusing them.

Material belonging to others, and used under license:

  • Open-source software and typefaces. This website is built with open-source software and self-hosted typefaces that remain the property of their authors and are used under their own licenses.
  • Photography. The photographs we have placed on this website are stock images from Unsplash, used under the Unsplash License. They are illustrative: they do not depict Linecrest Digital personnel, clients, offices or completed jobs, and no person shown in them is connected with Linecrest Digital.
  • The demonstration build shown here. The design, layout and code of the Day 1 Heating & Cooling build are ours — we produced them unprompted, from publicly available information. The name, logo and brand shown inside it belong to Day 1 Heating & Cooling, a real company we have no connection to. We use them only to identify the subject of the demonstration. We claim no rights in them, and nothing here implies that company endorses, sponsors or is associated with us.
  • Third-party names and marks. Google, Google Business Profile and Calendly are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use them descriptively. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or Calendly.

6. The work shown on this website

The project shown on this website is an unsolicited demonstration build. Day 1 Heating & Cooling is a real HVAC company with its own live website. We designed and built an alternative version of that website, unprompted, using only publicly available information, to show how we work.

They did not commission it. They are not a client. There is no affiliation between us, our version has never been live, and their own website is unaffected by it.

If you are the owner of work shown here and want it removed, contact us using the details in §19 and we will take it down.

The work is shown to demonstrate design and build quality. It is not a promise that we will produce the same design, the same outcome, or any particular result for you. Every project differs.

7. No guarantee of results

Nothing on this website is a promise, guarantee or prediction of any business result. We do not guarantee:

  • search rankings or placement in Google results, including local or map results;
  • website traffic, impressions or visibility;
  • phone calls, form submissions, inquiries, quote requests, bookings or leads;
  • conversion rates;
  • revenue, sales, or return on investment; or
  • any specific outcome from a website or a Google Business Profile.

Any illustrative scenario, customer journey or example shown on this website is used to explain how we think about design. It is not research, measured data, or a projection of what will happen for you.

8. Accuracy of information

We try to keep this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or up to date. Service descriptions, examples and other content may change without notice.

9. Links and third-party services

Third-party sites and services we link to are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. When you book a call, Calendly’s own terms and privacy policy apply to what happens there:

  • Calendly terms: https://calendly.com/legal
  • Calendly privacy: https://calendly.com/privacy

A link is not an endorsement.

10. Submissions and communications

If you send us information — for example by typing into Calendly’s booking form — you confirm that you are entitled to share it and that it is accurate. Please do not send confidential information before a written agreement is in place.

11. Availability, and no warranties

We provide this website “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, or take it offline, at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Nothing on this website is legal, financial, accounting or professional advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linecrest Digital and anyone working with us will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data or loss of goodwill, arising out of or connected with your use of this website — even if we have been advised that such damages are possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or connected with this website will not exceed USD 100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Linecrest Digital harmless from third-party claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of this website or your breach of these terms.

14. Who may use this website

This website is intended for business owners and operators in the United States. It is meant for adults: you must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. By using it, you confirm you are doing so on your own behalf, or with authority to act for the business you represent.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

17. No waiver, and transfers

If we do not enforce part of these terms, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

We may transfer our own rights in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.

18. Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the unenforceable part is applied to the fullest extent permitted.

19. Contact

For anything on this page — including a takedown request under §6 — reach us at:

You do not need to have spoken to us before, and you do not need to book a call.

20. Entire agreement about website use

These terms are the entire agreement between you and Linecrest Digital about your use of this website.
